Delete your MedTrack account

This page explains how to request account deletion and what data is deleted or retained.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@medtrack.app from your registered MedTrack email address.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete My MedTrack Account.
  3. Include your full name and registered email in the message body.

We may request additional verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.

What data is deleted

  • Profile data (name, email, avatar).
  • Medication plans, schedules, reminders, and cabinet entries.
  • Dose logs, adherence history, and family workspace associations.
  • Subscription metadata linked directly to your account identity.

What may be retained

  • Minimal billing/transaction records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
  • Security logs and abuse-prevention records for up to 30 days after deletion request completion.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you.

Deletion timeline

We process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. Backup systems may take up to 30 additional days to fully expire deleted data.
